A Walk In The Clouds | North Carolina Photographer

I was outside with our dog Midnight just before it began to rain taking advantage of all the cloud formations and how they lingered overhead.
One of my favorite photos from that time is the one below.
Every time I look at the photo it reminds me of being on a plane and looking out the window watching all the clouds surround us as we fly above them.

Midnight seems to always know when it’s the time when her daddy is coming home from work. She is always on alert making sure that she does not miss his arrival and that she greets him at the door with hugs & licks. So every noise every sound she hears Midnight has to go and investigate I just think it’s the cutest thing ever. I love documenting all aspect of her life so I can add it to her scrapbook so I knew that I needed to do this so finally one day last week I decided that is was time that I get it done and below are few that I captured.

Midnight cracked me up here as she was fighting not to fall asleep here but with her snuggling with doggie it was a hard fight.

Then she heard something coming from the driveway and Midnight quickly popped her head up in full alert. She darted to the door right after this and sure enough it was daddy.

Macro Photography Tutorial | North Carolina Photographer

While surfing the internet this week I found a very good tutorial on Macro photography that I thought you all might enjoy.
Since I love macro photography and I am a Nikon shooter I had to check out the video and see what the tutorial was all about.
After viewing the tutorial I found it to be easy to comprehend and follow along you could apply what was discussed to any brand of camera that has similar functions.
You can also substitute the lenses with lenses of similar function and range to achieve your desired results.
I hope you enjoy viewing the tutorial and found some useful tips.
