Sorry, I know now you have that Carpenters song stuck in your head but I titled this weeks blog that way for a reason so bear with me.

First of all in my defense it did rain all day yesterday it was Grey, dark and just gloomy so if you would take the first verse of the song:
Talking to myself and feeling old

Sometimes I’d like to quit

Nothing ever seems to fit

Hangin’ around, nothing to do but frown

Rainy days and Mondays always get me down

Most of us at one time or another felt that way just dragging ourselves the whole day on Mondays just trying to get through it just being lazy and really getting nothing done. Well, I decided that this particular rainy Monday was going to be different and I was going to take the opportunity to get some necessary things accomplished.

I very proud to announce that I did it and I must say it was a very productive day all things on my list for yesterday was completed and each earlier than expected. How did I do it you ask well since I was working from home yesterday it was easier I think I just put my most comfy clothes on cranked up my favorite tunes and made sure I had my favorite foods to eat for the day. Now I think the neighbors think I am crazy now if they happened to have passed by the house and heard me sing very loud and badly I might add when my favorite part to a song came on the things we must do to get the job done anyway, have a great Tuesday I plan to!
