The photo above was a great unplanned surprise as my plans were to go take Midnight for our usual early morning walk in the park while taking the opportunity to take some photos of some beautiful pink flowers that were blooming near the gazebo that I had noticed the day before while on my way back from taking my son to school.

After getting my shots of the flowers and Midnight having her time to sniff and play I was walking down the row of bushes leading out the park when I noticed the beautiful light that was being directed toward the pond and the gazebo as the sun began to rise. I quickly turned around to see this beautiful peaceful scene that I could not resist getting a photo it as well.

I just love those unexpected..unplanned photo opportunities don’t you ?
